I found the exact vehicle that I was looking for at Horizon Ford. Carter worked with me on the phone to make sure it was exactly what I expected it to be before I imported it into Canada and travelled over 1000 miles to pick it up. Carter picked me up at the airport to take me to the dealership. Was very pleased that there were no surprises with the vehicle. It was exactly as promised. The dealership staff was also very helpful in doing what they could to make the exportation/ imortation process go smoothly. Was a very positive experience, and would reccomend this dealership.
Carter not only helped our family get into a SUV; he took time on his day off to schedule an appointment/test drive with us because it was the only day we had available. We were in and out in no time, driving away in our new vehicle. Carter assisted us in the negotiation of the final sales price; sticking on our side until we felt comfortable with the deal. Well, I just upgraded my now old Audi A6 for a Ford Explorer! What a difference, the SUV is amazing! It’s unlike any other on the road. I would know this because I checked out pretty much every other vehicle. And Ric Parker stuck with me through the entire process! He kept telling me, “It’s your money, let’s find something you love then get the best deal on it!” I loved his approach as it was not pushy and unlike anything I’d previously experienced. He did exactly what he said he would do and never make me feel like he was just trying to get a sale. He also gave me his honest personal opinion on every car I showed him. A couple times he even told me I wouldn’t be happy with my selection – and he was always right. I hope Ric sticks in the car business, because not only do I plan to reach out to him every time I’m in the market, but I’m also going to refer everyone I know looking for a new car to him as well. I’m writing this letter to you in apprection for the hard work your sales team did for me. Ms. Rody was outstanding in her ability to locate and work a deal on my new 2012 F 250 super duty trucks. At all times she keep me informed of the trucks status and my financing. Upon arriving at your store I was greeted by Mr. Hauge , and made to feel very comfortable with almost a family like seating. I had the pleasure of working with Carter in my first purchase of a car. My car had just gotten totaled and he worked to make me feel very comfortable and didn’t pressure me at all. I was able to take my 2008 Ford Focus home for the night to see if I really liked it (and was also able to have a mechanic look it over). Turns out… I loved it! It has been reliable, fun to drive, and great on gas mileage. Carter has remembered me everytime I came in & helped me with whatever I need. I highly recommend Horizon!

Found my midlife crises in a Porsche Boxter, red, convertable, didn’t think it was affordable, but these guys made it happen. Great service, no pressure, I did it to myself all on my own, with a little help from my wife. The experience was pleasant.
